Scientific-industrial enterprise "Sibrezinotehnika" since 2005, the serial production of the rubber seal (frame, profiles) designed for sealing joints between the blocks (plates) in a ring and between rings composition waterproof concrete lining of tunnels for various purposes. We also offer a variety of seals for modern tunnel boring systems (TPC), as well as for sealing mines in extreme moments of entry and exit of TPC.
In assortment of the enterprise there are more than 60 types of various rubber seals for tunnels covering all range of modern profile seals. Capacities of the enterprise allow to let out up to 200 sets of rubber seals a day. All rubber seals for blocks tunnel lining production "SIE "Sibrezinotehnika" issued by TU 2541-008-23770232-2015, tested in accordance with the standards ЅТUVА and have a certificate of compliance. Along with standard types of rubber seals our enterprise can prepare documentation and technological equipment for new seals in the shortest possible time according to the technical task of the consumer.

For the best use of seals, "SIE "Sibrezinotehnika" developed adhesive composition CPT-7000 in accordance with the high requirements for the installation of rubber gaskets on concrete blocks tunnels, providing high bond strength of bonded surfaces, economic efficiency and safety of use.
Rubber gaskets for TPC are used all over the world. They provide the necessary safety in the construction of tunnels by both the method of punching and the method of shield penetration.
Our company is engaged in production of rings of a portal for sealing of entrances of tunneling boards, diameter to 12 m and thickness to 40 mm.
