LLC Scientific Production Enterprise “SIBREZINOTEKHNIKA” (OOO “NPP SIBRE-ZINOTEKHNIKA”) is a dynamically developing enterprise established in 1998. Its mainstream activity is working out and manufacturing of difficult mechanical rubber products for water-supply-sewer systems, enterprises of fuel and energy complex, and also for building, metallurgical and petrochemical industrial complexes, oil and oil-products pipelines.

The enterprise has production capacities for a full cycle of production of rubber products including:

• manufacture of rubber compounds;
• trimming of cords and cord fabrics;
• pattern cords and semi-finished products;
• assembly of rubber products;
• vulcanization;
• product grading and testing;

In the production process, rubber compounds undergo quality control in the laboratory on modern equipment. Control stages include: 100% incoming quality control of incoming raw materials, determination of all necessary physical and mechanical characteristics, study of resistance of rubber to various abrasive and aggressive media, determination of bond strength of rubber with reinforcing material, determination of brittleness temperature, etc.
